Don Alfonso 1890 Coffee Blend

The coffee blend produced exclusively for Don Alfonso 1890 is the result of centuries of experience related to the world of raw and roasted coffee. The sweetness of arabica Santos Cioccolatato 30% (the extraordinary world of selected Brazilian Santos Guaxupè Dulce coffees is encapsulated in a single origin) is combined with the sour nuance of Guatemalan Pacamara Gigantes 15/20%, with the almond-tinged flavor from the rich body of Colombia Supremo Especial 15%, with the sweet and delicate note given by the coffees of Costa Rica Tarrazú 15% All balanced by a wonderful play of nature; a coffee born robusta but sweet, delicate as an arabica: India Robusta Kaapi Royal 25/20%. Robusta Parchment quality selected from the Mysore, Coorge and Malabar regions give rise to Kaapi Royal, to give body and cream to the espresso blend.

The resulting coffee blend receives a slow roasting with oak, olive and orange wood from the Sorrento Peninsula, through this artisanal process all the coffee’s aromas are safeguarded.
